New Year's Eve MakeUp

I'm not a NYE gal at all, I treat the day like it's a normal day and have a cosy night in with the hubby.

Don't get me wrong, I like getting dressed up and putting on all the sparkle possible, I just find the whole thing incredibly stressful and a bit of a let down to be honest. Everywhere is crammed leaving you no room to breathe and then trying to get home is just unbearable, walking about for taxi's then paying above the odd's for it... I think you get the point. I will be in my PJs sharing a bottle of champers with the hubs watching films and eating Chinese no doubt.

If I was going out however this is the make up I have chosen for my pretend NYE night out...

Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation

Urban Decay Naked Concealer

Ben Nye Banana Powder

Benefit Hoola Bronzer

Becca Champagne Pop Highlighter

Revolution Pro Eye Palette

Maybelline Matte Eyeliner

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Barry M Crushed Jewel Cream Eyeshadow

Ardell Demi Wispies Lashes

MAC Lipstick Ruby Woo

Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray

What is your go to NYE Make Up or will you be having a cosy night in like me ? I feel like most people stay in for New Year now a days as we are all just over it haha.

Aaaaand relax....

That's it for another year, Christmas is now over and it's always bitter sweet for me, I loathe the run up to Christmas, stress of what you are going to get for everyone, the cost involved and then the last minute nightmare of making the Christmas desserts which I do every year, this year I cheated and bought trusty M&S treats as I just couldn't face hours upon hours of baking and decorating. I love Christmas itself with all the scrummy foods and being able to just chill out for a few days before the new year begins.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and spent some quality time with family and friends.

Now on to what I got for Christmas, I don't really ask for anything these days as I'm getting older the big 3-0 next year!!! So I was pleasantly surprised with what I did get

My husband bless him got me this beautiful Vivienne Westwood Necklace and Bracelet set which is just stunning and I can't wait to wear it albeit always feel a bit sick with expensive jewellery in case I lose it somehow!

He always fills my stocking up every year with chocolate treats and little goodies like fluffy socks, a notebook, candles and hidden in there was the Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue Intense perfume which I have been lusting over for a while. We were out shopping when I seen it and I also saw these gorgeous black lace up ankle boots which were half price so he treated me to them.

My mum got me a Molton Brown Bath & Shower Gel in the scent Mesmerising Oudh Accord & Gold, I can't wait to have a bath as it smells amaaazing and very unisex too. She knows I loves my baths so got me this cute Rainbow Bath Bomb and a gorgeous Sanctuary Candle in the Fig & Black Amber scent which I will light whilst having my bath

I also got this gorgeous Pinks Boutique's Face & Body Balm which apparently Lisa Armstrong uses on Strictly, my mum knows I loove make up and beauty so it's so nice that she reads up on the latest trends and gets me them lol.

I also got various bits and bobs from my mum and dad like PJs, smelly stuff, eyelash curlers, a cute Shih Tzu calendar (essential)

I am so incredibly grateful for all the gifts I received and can't wait to get using them.
